Beard Transplants for Men
Facial Hair Transplants – in this case, Beard Restoration specifically – saw a
significant increase around the world over the past year. In India alone,
4,500 men underwent the FUE Beard Transplants method to increase
density and fullness to their beards.

Beard transplants, just as goatee, mustache, sideburn, or eyebrow
transplants, are specialist procedures, with outcomes highly dependant
on the surgeon’s skills. We are specialized in facial hair, beard, mustache,
goatee, sideburn and eyebrow FUE hair transplants for patients of all ethnic backgrounds.
Facial hair growth, or lack thereof, and patchiness may be a result of either scarring or genetics. A recent study found that as many as 45% of men have been unhappy with the patchiness throughout their beard and sideburns.

For many cultures, facial hair is a sign of prestige and masculinity.
Men are now seeking versatility in their facial hair. The ability to grow a full and dense beard to desiring designer stubble or a statement mustache allows them to change their look and presence whenever they like.
Eyebrow Transplant
In today’s day and age, eyebrows are everything! People go to great lengths to make sure their eyebrows are in perfect shape with makeup, tweezing, threading, laser procedures, and waxing. With all of the work put into getting one’s eyebrows to look perfect, it’s such a shame to go home, wash your face and realize you don’t have eyebrows, to begin with. If you are in the situation of not having enough eyebrow hairs, it's about time you come into our clinic and get real eyebrows of your very own.

When we say Eyebrow restoration we mean the surgical procedure to re-position the eyebrow. But what does that really mean for you as a patient? With advancing age, it is common that the eyebrow loses its volume, thickness, and sometimes, quantity. Eyebrow re-positioning is a commonly performed procedure in cosmetic surgery. The brow is re-positioned, optimally, for the desire of the patient as well as to correct the descent of numbers in hair and follicles.
Eyebrow transplants are specifically designed to help restore growing hair to eyebrows that are overly thin, scarred, and/or completely missing. Let us help you achieve that.
Hair transplant on Scars
What is hair scar repair?
The procedure involves removing hair from the donor area found on the body or head with the follicular unit extraction FUE technique and placing them into the scar tissue. We wish to state that the growth rate and survival of grafts in scar tissue are less than in healthy skin and can vary widely in different types of scars.
Can hair be implanted into scar tissue?
It is possible to implant hair into scar tissue, and the grafted follicles will grow over time. However, it is quite common for scar tissue to have reduced levels of blood supply compared to normal areas of the scalp. This is a problem because hair follicles need a blood supply to survive and function. If the blood supply is inadequate, the transplanted hair follicles will die or be unable to function properly.

Scars on the scalp can occur for a multitude of reasons, such as automobile accidents, sports injuries, birthmarks, or burn injuries. The injured areas are often bald after healing. However, hair restoration techniques like FUE transplantation and advanced tricho pigmentation can be used individually or in combination to make scars non-visible.
If I have an inflammatory disease, can I get hair scar repair?
You can also be left with scars on the scalp as a result of several inflammatory diseases, for example, discoid lupus erythematosus, lichen planopilaris, and severe forms of psoriasis can all cause scarring.
We do not recommend hair transplantation procedures if the disease is active; a minimum of two years of disease inactivity is advised before hair transplantation is undertaken.
What will affect my chances of getting a hair transplant into scar tissue?
Although the procedure to transplant hair follicles into scar tissue works well in the majority of cases, many individual factors can affect the final cosmetic result. For example, if the scar is hypertrophic, i.e. too thick, then it can limit the amount of blood that gets to the newly grafted hair follicles, preventing them from growing and functioning properly. This then affects the overall result of the hair scar repair procedure.
Conversely, if the scar tissue is atrophic, i.e. too thin, then the scar tissue may be too thin to hold transplanted follicles. This means the graft acceptance would be lower than expected and we recommend a test session to start with including detailed consultation.
To get a more accurate idea of whether we can successfully cover up your scar, book a no-obligation, one-on-one consultation with one of our specialists.
Can hair transplant scars be removed?
Hair transplant scars as a result of follicular unit transplantation FUT cannot be removed, but they can be covered up with FUE hair transplantation. This involves grafting individual hair follicles into the scar tissue to hide the scar. Other less effective methods can be used to reduce the size or noticeability of the scar.
FUE hair transplantation is very different from the FUT procedure you may have already had. Although the treatments work in similar ways our revolutionary FUE method leaves the donor area with minimal scarring, which, means you will not have to worry about any further scarring issues.
